Unfortunately disputes can arise at any time but at Rubin Lewis O’Brien we offer a range of dispute resolution techniques.
There are various reasons why a dispute has arisen. These can be disputes with your neighbour, business partner, landlord or tenant, the failure of someone to pay monies due or issues regarding a deceased’s Estate.
In order to resolve any dispute there are various ways that this can be done.
- Litigation – This is the most used way of resolving a dispute.
- Mediation – This can be a very quick and cost effective way of resolving a dispute.
- Arbitration – This is normally used in commercial matters where there is an arbitration clause. Arbitration can be quicker than litigation, more cost effective and enforceable.
and in certain circumstances
- Adjudication – This is mainly reserved for specific commercial contracts.
“I just wanted to take the opportunity to say how incredibly impressed I’ve been by the level of service provided by Abhinav Mohindru. He guided me through a situation that was incredibly difficult for me. I had a claim submitted against me that was founded on lies and misinformation. Not only did Mr Mohindru guide me as to how to respond and deal with it but he also offered a lot of reassurance as he could highlight how poor the submissions were from the claimant.
Mr Mohindru was knowledgeable, professional, factual on his advice and confident in his assertions which is exactly what I needed in that situation. I want to state that I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring legal assistance.
“It was a pleasure having Patrick as my solicitor, he was very professional and put me at ease throughout the process. He was easy to contact and always had time for me, I felt he had my interests at heart. I would recommend anyone wanting to pursue a claim to use Patrick. ”
“Thank you for your swift response about the Section 8, unfortunately,my husband did not agree to go on that route and, in the end, we didn't need to. Thank you too for your consultation, it was much appreciated. Hopefully, I won't need your services again, but nice to know there is a personable and helpful solicitor out there.”
“In response to Customer Feedback Survey Question - How would you rate your lawyer as being approachable and friendly? - "Excellent. I found Mr Howarth approachable, very caring, understanding and patient with my limited law knowledge and helped me to build confidence to proceed with my case.”
