Louise joined this firm as a school-leaver over twenty years ago and has seen the development of the firm across that time. The firm has supported her in her journey from admin assistant, through a rigorous examination progress with Cilex leading to her becoming a qualified and respected member of the team – and a font of knowledge for her colleagues.

Niamh joined the firm in 2020 quickly showing herself to be dedicated and enthusiastic. This led to her completing a training contract with us, and then qualifying as a solicitor in July 2023. Since that time Niamh has demonstrated her legal expertise and attention to client care.

Managing Partner, Damian Lines, said
“This firm is fortunate to have these talented individuals as members of our team. With this promotion we are recognising not only the efforts that they have made to date, but placing trust in the contribution that they will make to the firm in the future. It is very well deserved by them both, and they have my – and the firm’s – hearty congratulations.”

Rubin Lewis O’Brien was established in Cwmbran in 1966 and has always sought to invest in its staff, seeing the development of our ‘home-grown’ talent as integral to the future of the firm.
