An introduction to The Perfect Portal
Here at Rubin Lewis O’Brien we have invested significantly in our conveyancing infrastructure. We aim to provide a solution that ensures our clients and you as associated parties, estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisors feel fully up to date with individual transactions, increasing transparency for all.
This online system tracks the progress of each individual transaction and allows clients to check the progress of their sale or purchase. All parties involved in the transaction are updated on progress at the touch of a button, providing them the transparency they demand and ultimately saving time.
How it works
We can offer instant online quotes through the portal and once we have been instructed the client is given a unique login and invited to download the Perfect Update App.
This provides a complete system that clients can access at any time to check the progress of their transaction.

The Referring Smart App and Portal is for businesses such as estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisors. Access the portal via the app from wherever you are working to send us a lead or generate an instant quote. You will receive automatic updates by email and can communicate with us directly. Giving clients’ confidence that their agent or broker is fully informed throughout the transaction.
As well as the ability to send matters to us, the portal also allows for effective communication between us and our referring parties. This ensures that everyone is kept up to date with any progress, saves time and ensures that there is no miscommunication.
