The making of a Will is a very important matter, now more than ever.

We have received numerous enquiries about making Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and all manner of other issues relating to the elderly or vulnerable.

Our office remains open (subject to Government advice) and our staff continue to operate from both our office and remotely.  In either case, we are well prepared to continue providing the high-quality and jargon free advice that so many of our clients have relied upon over many years.

We are able to accommodate meetings via telephone, via video-call facilities (Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Facetime etc) and if absolutely necessary – taking into account the safety of our clients and staff – arrangements can be made for in-person meetings in order to, for example, execute documents.
