We are thrilled to announce that two of our talented Chartered Legal Executives, Hannah Davies and Lucy Itani, have successfully completed their specialist Litigation and Advocacy rights in Family Law, officially qualifying as CILEX Lawyers.

This outstanding achievement reflects Hannah and Lucy’s commitment to excellence and their passion for delivering the highest standard of service to their clients. By securing full Litigation and Advocacy rights, they are now able to independently manage and represent clients in family law proceedings – offering a complete service from the outset of a case right through to advocacy at final hearings.

The journey to obtaining these rights is both rigorous and demanding. It involves demonstrating substantial legal knowledge, extensive practical experience, and exceptional advocacy skills, all tested through stringent CILEX assessments. Hannah and Lucy have successfully met these high standards while continuing to work tirelessly for the benefit of their clients.

Family law is a complex and sensitive area, requiring not only technical proficiency but also empathy, resilience, and sound judgment. With their new CILEX Lawyer status, Hannah and Lucy are now uniquely positioned to handle a wide range of matters, including Child Arrangements, Local Authority involvement and cases involving Domestic Abuse – providing a seamless and highly personal service from start to finish.
