The process for the buying and selling of property has changed in recent weeks but our conveyancing team are still operational and ready to take your instruction.
If we are currently in the process of completing a property matter for you don’t worry, our team are working remotely and are contactable via phone and email as normal. You should contact your dedicated solicitor for up to date information.
For new sellers
Most Estate Agents are offering instant online valuations. Prospective buyers cannot visit your property but the property can be listed and you could explore the use of virtual viewings. We can give you an instant online conveyancing quote and you are able to download all the necessary forms, visit our property page for more information. This will enable you to go onto the market as quickly as possible. It is advised that you use this time to gather all the information that will be needed. Our downloadable documents will guide you through this.
For new buyers
If you have already found the property you wish to buy and are ready to make an offer then the process can be started very easily. An online conveyancing quote can be obtained through our property page and you can instruct us instantly. You will be allocated a member of our team who will personally guide you through the whole process. We have partnered with Thirdfort to provide the facility to securely, remotely check your ID and verify source of funds. Almost there, download the buyers forms from the website, complete these and return and your solicitor will get to work. You can also benefit from our client portal and progress app via perfect portal, this highly secure facility is available to all our conveyancing clients.
It is worth noting that if you don’t already have a mortgage offer the banks are not doing valuations at present therefore no offers are being issued.
