Partner, and Head of our Wills, Trusts and Probate department Damian Lines has been asked to act as Trustee for local charity Age Connects Torfaen.

The charity provides services and support to older people throughout Torfaen including running local ‘hubs’, day activities and providing advice on benefits and other day to day matters as well as many other things.  After over 27 years in operation – first as Age Concern Torfaen, then rebranding to Age Connects – the organisation has flourished and is the leading voluntary sector provider of services for older people in Torfaen.

To be invited to join the board of Age Connects Torfaen is a great honour.  The charity, under the stewardship of its enthusiastic and dedicated CEO Angela Reed together with its trustees, staff and volunteers does extremely valuable work and I look forward to being able to play even the smallest role in its continued success.
