Gwent Landlord Forum
29 Jan 2019
We would like to invite you to join us at this FREE Forum at the beginning of this New Year – 2019.
Our invitation is, as always, going out to all who may be interested in keeping up to date with all the new landlord legislation, whether they are already a landlord or thinking about becoming one.
Commencing at 6pm, our free event invites you to come along and hear from our guest speakers. This opportunity gives you free access to our solicitors, accountants, and guest speakers who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in their specific business/service. This is a chance to ask those questions you might otherwise have to book an appointment to discuss.
Our first speaker for this event will be Douglas Haig, Vice Chairman of the Residential Landlords Association. Douglas, back again by popular demand, has spoken many times in the past and will be updating our landlords on all the latest regulation and legislation changes that will affect managing your property portfolios.
Our second speaker is Alan Cole of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). Alan will be promoting the numerous benefits of membership for landlords, especially those who have moved to Limited Company management of their portfolios.
Why should you attend our Landlord Forum?
Our continued partnership with Green & Co gives us a wide range of professional expertise and experience to help you with your Buy to Let property portfolios. Having this regular free access to our qualified representatives can be extremely useful to help you plan and make changes, deal with tenancy issues or expand your property investments.
We are delighted, therefore, to invite you to join us at our relaxed, friendly forum on Tuesday 29th January, 2019.
