Gwent Landlord Forum

You are invited to The Gwent Landlord Forum
Free Event on 26th March 2019, 6pm
Parkway Hotel, Cwmbran

If you are a landlord or thinking about becoming one, this forum will keep you up to date with all the new landlord legislation.

The event starts at 6pm and gives you free access to our solicitors, accountants, and guest speakers who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in their specific business/service. This is a chance to ask those questions you might otherwise have to book an appointment to discuss.

Our speakers for this event will be:
Chris Birch, Technical Director, Apollo Wales,Residential, commercial and industrial cleaners.
The evolution of the Hotelier has been the core principal of our Housekeeping division and for the past three years, we’ve created a streamlined service to maximise the potential of every AirBnB and Serviced Apartment we maintain. I’ll be providing practical guidance on what’s achievable, what a tenant looks for and the regular pitfalls many find when new to the market, with best practice ways on how to avoid them.

Barrie Kenyon from Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors.
Providing a tax update and an overview of HMRC new Making Tax Digital system which will be taking effect in April.

Why should you attend our Landlord Forum?
Our continued partnership with Green & Co gives us a wide range of professional expertise and experience to help you with your Buy to Let property portfolios. Having this regular free access to our qualified representatives can be extremely useful to help you plan and make changes, deal with tenancy issues or expand your property investments.

We are delighted, therefore, to invite you to join us at our relaxed, friendly forum on Tuesday 26th March, 2019.
