We have all been affected by these unprecedented changes to our lives. Employers and employees are dealing with furloughing staff and making redundancies, commercial contracts have been disrupted and we are all considering our wills and lasting powers of attorney. Some of us were even buying and selling property when all this started.
For some of us staying apart has made us realise we want to buy a place together for others staying together has made us consider a different path, sadly for some there is danger and fear in the home.
Our solicitors have created some useful guides to help you take the next steps. Here you will find guides on: Employment Law, wills and lasting powers of attorney, Family Law, dealing with divorce and children matters and also commercial and residential property matters including buying and selling at auction.
