Admitted as a Solicitor – 2004

I trained as a Solicitor with Eversheds and upon qualification specialised in litigation, acting for large insurer clients.  When an opportunity arose, I moved to London to work in Risk Management before returning to my roots in Wales where I specialised in Operations Management and eventually HR & Development.  I joined Rubin Lewis O’Brien in September 2024 as Practice Manager.  In April 2026, I was made a Partner at the firm and took on the role of Head of Operations.  My focus is on ensuring that day to day operations of the business run smoothly.  I also streamline processes and develop strategies and policies to drive organisational excellence.  Every day presents a new challenge, and I enjoy the variety that the role offers.

When I’m not working, I enjoy running and hiking, travel, gardening, and music.
