I joined Rubin Lewis O’Brien in 2004 as a trainee.
I left the firm in 2010 to gain further experience in the sector, including acting for landowners in relation to development agreements with national housebuilders and renewable energy projects for local agricultural clients. I was very pleased to rejoin the firm in November 2015 as a partner in the Commercial Property and Residential Property departments both to re-introduce myself to the firm’s longstanding clients and to meet the new ones.
I also act in relation to the sale of businesses and company commercial matters.
I appreciate that when people are looking to instruct a solicitor they are looking for a straight forward jargon free advice and regular updates on how the transaction is progressing.
