I joined Rubin Lewis O’Brien as a trainee solicitor in 1997. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1999, I have specialised in commercial property work and became a partner with the firm in 2002, subsequently taking up the Managing Partner role from 2014 until 2022.

I have a wealth of experience in commercial landlord and tenant matters acting for both landlords and tenants, buying and selling commercial property and all aspects of commercial and residential development work. I act for property developers, SMEs and charities and the vast majority of my work comes from returning and existing clients.

My aim is always to combine technical expertise with a pragmatic and commercial approach.

I am married with a young son and daughter and live in Cardiff. Outside work my children tend to keep me quite busy and I try (sometimes in vain) to coach my son’s football team, the mighty Radyr Rangers.
