Qualified: April 2025

I graduated from the University of South Wales in 2012 with a degree in Sociology with Criminology. Shortly afterwards, I joined Rubin Lewis O’Brien for an extended period of work experience, where my passion for family law quickly developed. I was delighted to accept a permanent position as a Paralegal in October 2012 and have been a dedicated member of the Family Department ever since.

In 2016, I began studying towards my CILEX qualification,  a journey that took seven years to complete while balancing family life and raising my two children. I successfully passed my final exam in March 2023 and obtained my full CILEX Practice Rights and becoming a CILEX Lawyer in April 2025, enabling me to undertake all areas of litigation and advocacy.

I specialise in Children Matters and Domestic Abuse cases. I work closely with local domestic abuse charities and have built strong, trusted relationships with them to ensure clients receive the right support both within and beyond the legal process. I manage my cases from start to finish and undertake my own advocacy, offering clients consistency and reassurance throughout what can often be a difficult and emotional time.

I pride myself on offering clear, compassionate advice and strong representation. My approach combines empathy with firm guidance, helping clients to feel supported, informed and confident at every stage of their case.
