Specialising in Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Partnership Disputes, Professional Discipline, Inquests and Regulatory work.
I qualified in 2006 at a firm in London and later moved to a regional office in Manchester. I was fortunate enough to then be seconded to a leading firm in India at Partner level, where I advised companies on UK and International laws that affected their businesses.
I returned to South Wales in 2012 and joined Rubin Lewis O’Brien in August 2018 in my current role. I have extensive experience in Commercial and Partnership disputes as well as Professional Discipline and Regulatory work including Sports Law, and am a recognised agent of the England and Wales Cricket Board. I also have a particular interest in Inquests.
Legal Disputes and subsequent proceedings can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. My aim is to provide clear advice and support for my clients to help them navigate through that process.
I am married with a son and a daughter, and enjoy sport, particularly rugby and cricket, and very occasionally will put on the whites for Malpas Cricket Club.
