Paralegal – Property Department

We are seeking to a recruit talented Paralegal who has experience of working within a conveyancing environment.

The successful paralegal will work alongside the Firm’s Conveyancing Department assisting with their high value caseload as well as managing a small caseload of their own.

Key Skills Required: Applicants will ideally have completed their legal practice course or CILEx Level 6 exams

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years legal experience as caseworker/advisor.

Candidates must also show:
– An ability to market the Company
– A commitment to customer service
– Excellent IT skills

Hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

This is a full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week).

Conveyancing Solicitor.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic residential property fee earner to join our busy team.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor or a legal executive with appropriate experience. The role will be full time, and will encompass the full range of residential property sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages etc.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as part of a team, with the ability to work independently where required.  Computer literacy is a must, and experience of working with case management software would be an advantage.

Hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

This is a full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week).
