Trainee Solicitor – Private Client

We have a very exciting role for a trainee solicitor to join our very busy and growing Private Client Department.

The role will involve working alongside an experienced partner member of STEP, and a team including solicitors and support staff. You will undertake the full range of private client matters such as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, trusts and the administration of estate and all other matters relating to elderly or vulnerable clients. You will both assist other members of the team and develop your own caseload as your training progresses.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, and have excellent written and oral communication skills with an attention to detail, and have strong IT and organisational abilities.

This is a full time, permanent position based in our office in central Cwmbran.   Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Family Law Solicitor

We are a highly-respected and recommended Family Department based in Cwmbran and we are recruiting for an experienced Family Law Solicitor (3+ PQE).

It is intended that the role will predominantly deal with Private Law Finances in Divorce and Separations, although the role will include all aspects of family relationships – divorce, separations, ancillary reflief, children disputes, domestic abuse, TOLATA, legal aid eligibility and procedure, advocacy and drafting.

Good people and IT skills are essential.

You will be handling your own caseload and working with an experienced Partner with specialist accreditations.

This is a full-time and permanent role.  You will be office-based in Cwmbran Town Centre.  Salary dependant upon experience
