General Office Assistant
Due to an in-house re-organisation, we are looking to recruit a General Office Assistant in our Central Cwmbran office.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The employee will also be required to work on our Saturday rota.
This is an extremely busy and varied role, supporting all departments, reporting to the Head Receptionist.
Duties to include, but not limited to photocopying, shredding, scanning, faxing; receiving and stamping incoming mail; franking and sending outgoing mail; organising courier collection; taking parcels to the post office; buying office sundries; assisting on reception daily; receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages; assisting with the deed storage facility, keeping the storage in order and answer client queries.
We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality who is willing to work hard and who likes to be busy!

Commercial Property Solicitor
Due to expansion, we are looking for a 5 -6 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team in our office in Central Cwmbran.
Experience in a wide range of commercial property matters is essential. The candidate should have experience of acting for the both the landlord and tenant in leasehold transactions, freehold purchases, corporate refinancing, statutory agreements as well as land/building acquisition and development.

Conveyancing Solicitor.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic residential property fee earner to join our busy team.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or a legal executive with appropriate experience. The role will be full time, and will encompass the full range of residential property sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages etc.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as part of a team, with the ability to work independently where required. Computer literacy is a must, and experience of working with case management software would be an advantage.

Paralegal position with Training Contract potential in Property Department
We have a vacancy for a hard-working individual to work as a Trainee in our busy Property Department.
Candidates should be experienced in audio-typing, with very strong organisational and administration skills. You should also be confident, self-motivated and above all, a team player.
The applicant should ideally be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in residential conveyancing and use of Microsoft Office and related packages is essential.
A three month probationary period will be offered, subject to the successful passing of this probationary period, a training contract will be offered which will be primarily based in the Property Department.

Responsibilities and Duties
The applicant would:
• Work in the practice conveyancing team.

• Be familiar with Land Registry procedure and the Lender handbook
